can send photos via mail, email, snailmail or request an appointment.
What is the fastest way to send pictures to ID?
The fastest way to have your pictures reviewed by an ID agent is to email
them to search@idmodels.com.
We review email on a daily basis. If an agent is interested, you will
be contacted with further instructions within 24 hours. Your pictures
should be attached or imbedded in either JPEG or GIF file formats. Please
be aware that we will not review archived, stuffed or zipped files.
What type of pictures should I send to ID?
You should send at least one clear head shot and one clear body shot.
Your head shot should clearly show your entire face, and your body shot
should give us a good idea of your build and body type. We suggest that
women wear a swimsuit and men a speedo or boxer shorts. Please DO NOT
send any nude photographs.
Do I need to have professional pictures taken to be considered by ID?
No. The pictures you send do not need to be taken by a professional photographer.
If you do have professional pictures, you are welcome to send them. We
prefer to receive simple snap shots or polaroids which give us an accurate
idea what you look like. We suggest that you have a family member of friend
shoot a roll or two of film using the first half to get a good head shot
and the other half to get a good body shot.
Should I send color or black & white photos?
Color is preferable, but black & white is fine as well.
What other information about me does ID need?
Please include your basic measurements with your photos. For females,
your measurements must include your age, height, bust, waist, hips, hair
color and eye color. For males, your measurements must include your height,
chest, waist, inseam, hair color and eye color.

we can see your natural skin tone.

you are welcome to send us laser copies of your photos. If ID agrees to
represent you, we will work closely with you to build your portfolio.

card, you are welcome to send one with your pictures. If ID agrees to
represent you, we will design a composite card with you.

to include your contact information, including your email address, phone
number or address. It is important that your contact information be on
each and every picture you send in in the event that your pictures become
separated. Please do not call or email to inquire about the status of
your submission. If there is interest, we will contact you..
Will I hear back from ID if there is no interest?
If there is no interest, you will not hear back from ID. If you have included
a self-addressed, postage-paid envelope, we will return your photographs.
Does ID charge a fee to review my pictures? No. ID does not charge a fee
to review your pictures. You should know that any organization which does
charge a fee to consider you for representation is not a legitimate, professional
model management agency and may be a modeling school, convention or scouting
organization. Proceed with caution.
What if I am already represented by another agency?
If you are currently represented by a professional model management
agency in your hometown or another city, you may want to first ask your
agency to contact us on your behalf. It is customary for your "mother"
agency to arrange your placement with agencies in other markets.
What if I am participating in a model search or convention?
Even if you are participating in a model search or convention, you
are welcome to send your pictures directly to ID or attend an open call.
Although agents and scouts from ID attend various conventions, you do
not need to wait to send us your material. Before participating in any
model search or convention, you should carefully check references and
verify that they are 100% legitimate. Remember, a professional model management
agency DOES NOT charge you to review your pictures.
Does ID charge a fee to represent me?
ID does not charge an up front fee to represent you. Professional
model management agencies earn a commission from their model's earnings.
It is our job to develop, manage, represent and attempt to secure work
for models. You should carefully investigate any organization which attempts
to directly charge you a fee to represent you.
What if ID is not interested in representing me?
If ID is not interested in representing you, do not be discouraged.
There are several good agencies, and every agency is looking for something
different. Your look may not have been right for us at the time of your
submission.
What if I have more questions?
If you have additional questions, you are welcome to email them to
search@Idmodels.com, and we will
attempt to get back with you as soon as possible --
